This program is for educational and motivational purposes only.

It is not a substitute for medical advice, nutrition therapy, or licensed healthcare. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

All products and coaching packages are sold as one-time, upfront purchases.

Access will be granted only after full payment is received.

Due to the digital nature of the program, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.

There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.

Once you purchase a program, access is granted for the duration outlined at the time of sale (e.g., 8 weeks).

You may discontinue participation at any time, but no refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused access.

Your coach may discontinue your training at anytime if you are not actively participating, and listening to your coach(s) guidance or if a medical condition is suspected. 

You agree to:

  • Use the program and platform respectfully and as intended

  • Not share, reproduce, or distribute program materials

  • Take full responsibility for your physical and mental health while participating
